As a Notary Public of England and Wales I attest and or authenticate and or certify under my signature and official seal documents to be used abroad.

My services include:

• Authenticating company and business documents and transactions for foreign contracts or the formation of foreign subsidiary companies;
• Authenticating the due execution of deeds;
• Authenticating the due execution of Powers of Attorneys;
• Swearing Affidavits and statutory declarations;
• Certifying true copies of the original such as passports, utility bills etc;
• Preparing and or attesting travel consent forms;
• Authenticating and or certifying degree certificates;
• Witnessing signature to forms such as marriage forms for overseas;
• Arranging documents to be apostilled at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office situated in Milton Keynes.
